Football Accumulator Betting Tips Saturday 28th March – Blades To Cut Alexandra Down

It might be international week but there are still plenty of matches across England’s lower leagues and we should be in for a thrilling afternoon of action as the season approaches the climactic stages.

We’re backing these three clubs to all grab much needed victories and are hopeful that it will see us pick up an easy 3/1 winner.

Good luck!

Rochdale V Yeovil Town

Time is quickly running out for Terry Skiverton’s Glovers, who are now nine points adrift of League One safety, and they could be set for another damaging defeat as they travel to Spotland.

Yeovil are rock-bottom of League One, additionally possessing the second worst away record in the division. They also enter the clash on the back of just one win in nine; Keith Hill’s Rochdale will be eager to make that 10.

The hosts were battered by Oldham Athletic on Tuesday night but still retain genuine hopes of reaching the play-offs, as long as they don’t drop silly point against the likes of Yeovil. This is a must win game for Dale and they should be confident after winning each of their past three home ties.

Dale picked up an impressive 3-0 win at Huish Park earlier in the season and we wouldn’t be surprised to see them register a similar result here.

Join today and place your entry[/quote_right]Staying in League One and it’s another battle between play-off hopefuls and relegation strugglers as high-flying Sheffield United host lowly Crewe Alexandra at Bramall Lane.

Tuesday’s emphatic 4-0 win over Scunthorpe has given the Blades the luxury of breathing space as they look to cement a top six finish but there is absolutely no way that manager Nigel Clough will allow his players to rest on their laurels. The Blades will be thirsty for blood against the struggling visitors and deadly duo Jamie Murphy and Jose Baxter are more than capable of firing the hosts to another crucial victory.

Conversely, Crewe have lost three matches on the spin and won’t fancy their chances in this one at all. There’s no doubt that Steven Davis’ men can still avoid the drop, but it’s unlikely that they’ll make any inroads here. The division’s worst defence could be in for mauling.

It’s a low price but it’s well worth adding Sheffield United to the acca as we simply cannot see anything other than a home win.

Alfreton Town V Barnet

With just six games to play, Martin Allen’s Bees remain top of the Vanarama Conference and they;ll be determined to stay there with three points against the improving Alfreton.

The hosts are now unbeaten in five matches, which has seen them climb out of the relegation zone much to the relief of manager Nicky Law. However, with no disrespect to the likes of Dartford and Lincoln, this is a much tougher test and we’re not sure they’ve got the quality to prevail.

Barnet have hit an amazing 85 league goals this term, including 37 on the road. Nobody has won more away games than the Bees either, so the league leaders will be extremely confident. Allen is blessed with a number of class acts in the attacking third, but all eyes will be on top scorer John Akinde as he looks to net his 30th league strike of the campaign.

The in-form Alfreton might put up a fight, but they won’t restrict Barnet for 90 minutes.
