Weekend Banker Football Acca – Lack Of Big Names No Worry For This Treble

Accumulator Banker

Another Euro treble landed last weekend, that’s a three week winning streak from Team TVBET. We’re starting to run out of games now across Europe as the German’s save sun loungers and Wembley seats with their towels, the Brits, in search of summer hit ‘Costa del Anywhere’ and the Italians, Greeks and Turks all just sleep almost continually, not needing to leave their fine shores to take in much need vitamin D.

So without further stereotyping, here’s this weeks Euro Banker, visiting none of the places you’ll be holidaying this summer!

OFK Beograd vs Smederevo 16.00

Okay so we’re short of big names to fill our banker this weekend but these boys can’t be ignored. Beograd are not a big scoring team, at home, they thrash teams 1-0 but Saturday afternoon they host bottom of the league whipping boys Smederevo who have scored fourteen goals and nothced up fifteen points in twenty-seven games this campaign.

OFK’s form has been good of late, in their last four they have lost only to second place Crvena Zvezda, for which we can forgive them methinks. They’ve lost once in their last ten home matches and in that time scored in every game. The last three meetings between these two have resulted in three wins for OFK, the most recent of which a 2-0 away win. They should cruise this match and ultimately win 2-0 in our opinion.

Vojvodina vs Radnički Niš  14.00

We’ve enjoyed our trip to Serbia so much that we’re staying for another game. Third place Vojvodina entertain eleventh place Radnički Niš.
Radnički Niš are pretty much safe from relegation, needing only a point from their final three games to confirm this.

They’ve lost their last three games away from home and have taken only one point from their last six games. Today they come up against stiff opposition in the form a far from goal-shy Vojvodina. Vojvodina have third place all wrapped up with three games left.

Unbeaten in six and with three wins back-to-back, it’s safe to say they will get a positive result here. You have to go back in time to 2001 to find the last goal scored by Radnički Niš against Vojvodina and Vojvodina won the reverse fixture 1-0. This should be a walk in the park.

Benfica vs Moreirense  Sunday 18.30

Due to so many games being on Sunday this week we’re going to have to select a game from Sunday, so you can sit back safe in the knowledge that OFK and Vojvodina have done the Saturday business and try and tell ‘the Mrs’ that if Benfica win by more than a goal she can get the holiday brochures out (I did say try and explain that if Ben..zzz).

Benfica have had a hard week! Friday night the players, the flamboyant manager, the fans and even I went to sleep believing that the league and Euro double was on the cards. Oh how quickly things turn around in football.

They lost 2-1 to Porto with pretty much the final kick of the game which has probably gifted Porto the league with a game to go. The same happened in Amsterdam on Wednesday against Chelsea, a last minute Ivanovic goal stole their Eurodreams away.

To harbour any ambitions of winning the league they MUST WIN THIS GAME! Porto could slip up against third place Paços de Ferreira who are in good form at present, it’s unlikely though.

Regardless of the opposition, Benfica are going to win this game but we ought to give a few lines to Moreirense who are battling a relegation fight involving six teams. It doesn’t look good for the team from Northern Portugal (yeah, we’ve all got google maps). They’ve picked up one point from a possible fifteen and would need to overturn Benfica’s incredible home record, a feat which no Portuguese Club, other than Porto, has achieved in all competitions since 2010.

Bet – Benfica Asian Handicap -1
