Both Teams To Score Tips Saturday 27th September – Blackburn To Be Involved In Another Thriller

As we approach the end of September we are starting to get a real feel of what to expect in the English leagues and this should hopefully help us with our weekend betting selections.

There has already been plenty of drama up and down the country and there is bound to be lots more, starting with this weekend’s schedule. We’re backing these six sides to all find the target in this 4/1 BTTS treble at William Hill.

Good luck.

Sunderland V Swansea City

Garry Monks’ Swansea have been the Premier League’s surprise package so far this season and they’ll be hoping to bounce back from last week’s loss against Southampton as they take on Sunderland.

An early red card means it is a little harsh to judge Swansea on last weekend’s blank. Before that, though, they’d hit eight goals in four games. Perhaps more notably, the Welshmen scored twice at both Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge so there is no reason for them to fear a trip to the Stadium of Light.

On their day Swansea play some of the most attractive football in the league but there is still a lot of work to be done defensively and Gus Poyet’s Black Cats will be looking to inflict more bad luck on the Swans by condemning them to a third straight league loss.

Sunderland haven’t started the season particularly well but a return of three goals scored at home is pleasing. However, they have also shipped that same number, which will certainly afford an extra source of confidence for the visitors.

A tricky contest to predict the outcome of but we think both teams can score.

Blackburn Rovers V Watford

Championship side Blackburn have become one of our firm favourites for this coupon in 2014/15 and we’re anticipating another high-scoring contest as they welcome Watford to Ewood Park.

Last weekend’s 1-0 triumph at Craven Cottage is somewhat of an anomaly for Rovers due to the circumstances surrounding the management at Fulham. However, in spite of that rare low-scoring affair, Gary Bowyer’s men love goals at both ends and were previously on a run of 10 Championship BTTS winners.

With home advantage, they’ll be expected to keep their run of scoring in every game going. However, they meed need more than one goal to get the points against an equally affluent Watford. The Hornets boast 15 goals in eight games and even a change of manager doesn’t appear to be slowing their progress.

Between them, these sides have scored 29 and conceded 22, which gives us huge confidence in this selection. They also shared a 3-3 draw at Vicarage Road in March. This should be a definite inclusion in any BTTS coupon.

Barnsley V Swindon Town

Despite dropping down a league, Barnsley have still struggled in 2014/15 but the League One new boys are at least finding the target o na regular basis and Saturday’s clash against Swindon has the potential to be another end-to-end classic.

The Tykes, inspired by six-goal man Conor Hourihane, have netted an impressive 13 league goals. Included in that record is seven in just three games at Oakwell and Danny Wilson’s side will be expecting to increase that tally against a Robins side who have shipped four in three away games.

Nevertheless, Swindon are easily one of the better teams in this division a is underlined by their current play-off position. With Barnsley conceding seven home goals already, Mark Cooper’s men will fancy their chicness.

In all competitions, Swindon have been involved in six straight BTTS winners. Back them to make it lucky number seven at Oakwell.
