Both Teams To Score Friday 19th Oct: The Return Of Dutch Goal Action

Goals GaloreIt’s been a fortnight since the last Dutch Juliper League fixtures due to the international break, but it returns this Friday, and it couldn’t come a moment too soon. Despite some success in our other both teams to score tips, Holland is always the first point of reference to get the weekend betting bank built up, and that’s exactly what I’m planning to do on Friday night.

Here is where I think there will be goals galore:

Helmond Sport v Go Ahead Eagles 7.00pm
Both teams to score odds: 8/15 – Bet365

Helmond got off to a flier this season, securing maximum points from their first 5 games and scoring 5 goals in the process. However the wheels appear to be falling off now, and with just 2 points from their last 3 league games and also being knocked out of the cup by a lower league team, now may be the time to start backing them to concede plenty.

Go Ahead Eagles are just 3 points behind Helmond in the league, have scored 9 goals in their last 4 games, and could exploit the home side’s current frailties.

For all their good work, Helmond Sport have kept just 1 home clean sheet in 3 games so far, and last seasons head to heads look encouraging (5-1, 3-1 cup, 2-3). Goals galore here I reckon.

Den Bosch v Cambuur 7.00pm
Both teams to score odds: 1/2 –  Bet365

League positions couldn’t be more contrasting here. Den Bosch are down in 17th with just 6 point from 8 games, while high-flying Cambuur sit 2nd on 17 points.

However when you delve a little deeper you will notice that Cambuur have scored and conceded in all but 1 of their games so far this season, with a 100% btts record away from home.

Den Bosch are going to struggle to get any points from this game, but it looks highly likely that they will score a goal in front of home fans. I’m thinking a 1-3 victory for the visitors.

FC Dordrecht v Excelsior 7.00pm
Both teams to score odds: 1/2 – Bet365

FC Dordrecht are ticking along nicely in 6th place in the league, losing just 1 of their last 6 games (L 1-3 to Cambuur in their latest game). The same cannot be said for Excelsior, who have found it difficult adjusting after relegation from the top flight last season.

Although Excelsior are yet to pick up a point on their travels thus far, Dordrecht do leave the door open for their opponents, and have both scored and conceded in all home games so far, including against weaker teams.

Excelsior have plenty of improvement in them, and I’m taking them to at least get on the scoresheet in this clash. They’ve scored 8 in their last 4 games, and while they’ve collected just 4 points in this period, they are a threat to most teams at this level.

A £10 treble on the above selections pays £34.44 at Bet365
