Goals Galore Bets Saturday 25th August – Prepare For Net Rippling Action!

Goals Galore at BetfredNow that the season is nearly a week old, it’s about time we lined our pockets again, this time in the BTTS market!

With Betfred, when both teams score, it’s Goals Galore and we’re going to use this coupon for hopefully a tidy profit this weekend in one of my favourite markets.

Both Teams To Score is appealing as once the teams have found the net, the selection is in and you can begin praying for the others to come good, there’s no need to worry about a 98th-minute equaliser at Plymouth Argyle ruining your 6-fold acca and denying you hundreds of pounds! Once it’s in, it’s in. Job done.

Also in Betfred’s flagship market, they just use fixed odds depending on how many selections you make, this time round I’m going to plump for 3 matches which returns at a price of 7/2! Without further ado, here are my selections for the weekend:

Sunderland v Reading 3.00pm

Reading travelled to Stamford Bridge on Wednesday and against the odds, I tipped them to make a mark and get on the score sheet against an impressive Chelsea side, and they duly obliged, and then some, giving the Blues a real fright before ultimately running out of steam.

Another away day awaits Brian Mcdermott’s men and he will be urging his team to show the same fighting spirit that was evident on Wednesday. Reading are anything but shy in front of goal, and have begun in the Premier League where they left off last term in their Championship winning season, scoring in both of their games thus far.

Martin O’Neill’s Sunderland were transformed under his guidance in the 2nd half of last season and went on to score in 9 of the 12 home games in his tenure.

Over the summer they have looked most importantly into strengthening their forward line, obtaining the services of experienced Premier League winner Louis Saha to bolster their squad. They are also looking to secure the services of Wolves’ much sought after striker, Steven Fletcher as well as Man City’s Swedish starlet John Guidetti as O’Neill aims to add even more goals to his impressive armoury of attacking talent.

A score draw would be my prediction, but 6-1 either way would be enough, just as long as both teams score!

Bristol City v Cardiff City 3.00pm

Bristol City ran riot in their last home game, tearing Crystal Palace apart in an emphatic 4-1 victory that will have their whole camp buzzing ahead of a tough test against Cardiff City on Saturday.

The Welsh team haven’t been as impressive in front of goal as they would have liked so far, despite the season still being in it’s very early stages.

However, with the likes of Craig Bellamy and Heidar Helguson leading the line for the Bluebirds along with last season’s star man Peter Whittingham, it’s only a matter of time before it all begins to come together for Malky Mackay’s Cardiff.

Swindon v MK Dons 3.00pm

Two of the Football League’s youngest, and most refreshing managers do battle at The County Ground as Karl Robinson takes his MK Dons’ side to Swindon Town, lead by the ever eccentric Italian Paolo Di Canio.

Both managers insist on fine, free flowing football and are not afraid to ruffle a few feathers if things don’t go to plan.

Last time out on their home patch, Di Canio’s men struck 3 without reply against fellow League 1 new boy’s Crawley and only failed to score in 2 of their 23 home matches last season!

Although, perhaps even more impressively, the MK Dons only failed to score in one of their 23 away games, making this an absolute must for the BTTS market, right?

Both Teams To Score Tip
The above 3 selections placed in a £10 treble at Betfred pays £45!
