Football Accumulator Betting Tips Saturday 19th December – Foxes To Come Stuck Against Toffees

With less than a week to go until the big day, I think it’s safe to say Merry Christmas. This is one of the most intriguing and intense periods of the entire football season, and we’re hoping to get the festivities off to a flying start with this Saturday afternoon treble.

We’re backing three home sides to all claim crucial victories. At odds of over 4/1 on the treble, it would be a great way to get the festive period up and running in style.

Good luck!

Everton V Leicester City

Leicester City’s incredible season hit new heights on Monday night as they beat the champions to return back to the Premier League’s summit. However, the Foxes cannot remain there forever and the busy Christmas schedule is likely to bring the start of a slight decline. It wouldn’t be at all surprising if Everton deliver the first blow.

Claudio Ranieri’s men have been sensational, but they have had problems in defence, which is underlined by a goals against tally of 22. With Everton’s Romelu Lukaku in such wonderful form, Roberto Martinez’s men should be confident.

The Toffees are currently 10th, but they have been playing some great football, scoring 17 goals in eight games at Goodison Park. Defensive frailties have seen them concede 12, which is something the in-from Foxed can take advantage. However, the recent return of Leighton Baines could be a key factor.

Everton were very unlucky not to beat Norwich. We’re backing them to make amends with three points against the league leaders.

Coventry City V Oldham Athletic

In League One, high-flying Coventry are still unbeaten after 10 matches at the Ricoh Arena. They’ll be fully expected to continue that home run on Saturday as they take on struggling Oldham.

Tony Mowbray’s men have scored an impressive 24 home goals already this season while on-loan sensation Adam Armstrong is the division’s top scorer with 13 overall. With the likes of John Fleck and Jacob Murphy amongst their ranks, the hosts certainly have the firepower to score.

Meanwhile, the visitors enter this clash on the back of four defeats in five. David Dunn has struggled since taking on the managerial duties, and his side won’t be relishing this trip .If they fire a fifth blank in six away trips, they’ll almost certainly return to Boundary Park empty handed.

Stranger things have happened, but everything points towards a home win.

Forest Green Rovers V Boreham Wood

After suffering back-to-back defeats in separate cup competitions in recent weeks, Adrian Pennock’s Forest Green Rovers return to league action at the New Lawn on the back of three straight home wins in the Conference and will be keen to make it four on the spin as they take on struggling Boreham Wood.

The hosts did lose some ground on leaders Cheltenham, but they are still very much still in this title race and will view this as a must win fixture as they look to enter the festive period on the front foot. They will take confidence from a five-game unbeaten run in the league while their 24 goals has seen them win nine of 12 matches here.

Conversely, the struggling away side have failed to win any of their last six competitive matches and enter this clash currently residing in the relegation zone. Luke Garrard’s men can expect another difficult contest here. If they play like they have been, it will be another defeat.

Forest Green will be disappointed by their recent cup defeats, but this is the perfect opportunity for them to get back to winning ways. We expect the to do that in style.
