Football Accumulator Betting Tips Saturday 14th February – Leeds To Tame Lions In Passionate Affair

Valentine’s Day is the day of love and there is nothing we adore more than bashing the bookies. Hopefully sparks will fly with this 8/1 Football League treble at Betvictor.

We’re backing three home sides to turn up the heat on their opponents and secure vital Valentine’s Day victories.

Good luck!

Leeds United V Millwall

Neil Redfearn’s Leeds are finally enjoying a spell of decent results and enter Saturday’s clash against struggling Millwall on the back of three wins in four. The hosts will be fully expected to continue their revival by taming the Lions.

Millwall will be in good spirits themselves following a 1-0 win at Birmingham on Tuesday night, but Ian Holloway’s men remain in real danger and are still worryingly trapped in the bottom three as we enter the campaign’s business end. A run of just four away wins and 12 goals on the road have been central to those problems and could be their downfall once more at Elland Road.

Whilst Leeds haven’t exactly sparkled this term, they have won more than they’ve lost at home this season and will be looking to put in a strong performance here. The likes of Billy Sharp, Souleymane Doukara and Mirko Antenucci will all view Millwall as a great opportunity to increase their personal goal tallies and that attacking approach should spur United on to a crucial three points.

It has been a testing campaign for the Yorkshire club but three points would open up an eight point gap over the relegation zone, which would be massive at this stage of the season. Back Leeds to march on together for the win.

Walsall V Port Vale

Our second selection comes from League One and we’re backing Walsall to continue their ascent up the table with another home win against a poorly travelled Port Vale.

The Saddlers have picked up 10 points from the last available 12 to leave Dean Smith’s men just two points below the play-offs and they’ll be looking to the scoring power of Tom Bradshaw to produce another victory against a Robert Page side that hasn’t won any of their last four outings.

Vale’s recent form isn’t the only worry either as they’ve lost no fewer than nine of 15 away games this season, tasting victory just three times. In fact, Vale are still searching for a first away point of the calendar year following four straight defeats and the trip to an in-form Wasall could prove too much for the mid-table dwellers.

Walsall have been a little inconstant at the Bescot but have really found their stride in recent weeks. That should continue with another vital three points here.

Wycombe Wanderers V Newport County

League Two title challengers suffered a potentially damaging defeat to Plymouth Argyle on Tuesday night but Gareth Ainsworth’s men will be confident about securing a return to winning ways ways as they welcome an out-of-form Newport to Adams’ Park.

The Welsh visitors have now gone five games without tasting victory and also have to contend with the loss of manager Justin Edinburgh, who left for League One Gillingham earlier this week. Newport are still clinging on to a play-off spot as it stands, but their fans will be quite worried as they seem to be following the post-Christmas decline endured last term.

Meanwhile, the Chairboys will take confidence from September’s 2-0 win over Newport at Rodney Parade and should be ready to complete the double here. Their recent dip in form has been largely down to a lack of goals, but that shouldn’t be a problem against the leaky County defence and therefore the hosts can expect to get back on track this weekend.

It has been a slightly disappointing few weeks for Wycombe but three points on Saturday could see them return to the League Two summit. Back the home win.
