FA Cup Live Streaming: Wycombe Wanders v Leatherhead Betting Tips

Live streaming available at Unibet Tv

Sunday’s TV coverage of the world’s greatest domestic cup competition is more than a little disappointing, but you can still get your Sunday football fix thanks to Unibet’s live streaming service by watching Leatherhead make the trip to Adams Park.

With a place in the third round up for grabs, both teams will be determined to secure the win. Will there be a cupset on the cards, or can the League Two side find a way through. Watch the drama unfold live while having a punt on the outcome from 2PM simply by logging in or signing up fro a free account.

Chairboys Expected To Prevail

Gareth Ainsworth’s men will have been thrilled to grab a home draw against Bostik Prem opposition, and were even happier when big-spending Billericay were knocked out in the replay. While they’ll need to be careful against complacency, the League Two side will be rightly fancied to seal their place in round three.

The hosts boast bags of experience and goals in the form of Adebayo Akinfenwa, Paris Cowan-Hall, and Craig Mackail-Smith while their general quality all over the pitch sees them sit in the play-off zone of their own division. Against a team from three divisions below, that quality should shine through.

Wycombe’s home form has been impressive. As well as losing just two of 10 league outings, they’re scoring at a rate of over two goals per game. While their defensive record has been far from perfect, they’ll also be confident about restricting the visitors to very few chances.

It might not quite be the one-way traffic that some home fans will hope for. Nonetheless, if they perform to their potential, Wycombe should have more than enough to win.

Can Leatherhead Produce Moore Magic?

Reaching the second round is a massive achievement for Leatherhead, especially in the manner they beat Billericay in the last round, and the travelling fans will be sure to enjoy the day out regardless of the outcome. For Sammy Moore’s men, though, this is a real opportunity to clinch a piece of club history.

The visitors are in good form too, winning four of their last five competitive fixtures including two away wins in which they’ve scored eight goals. While Sunday’s contest is a huge step up in quality, there is reason for optimism, not least in the attacking third. If they can create the chances for Jack Midson, the former AFC Wimbledon man is more than capable of scoring.

As was shown at Billericay, the Tanners know how to remain compact and disciplined in the defensive third. They will look to frustrate their superior opponents. Should they get to half-time still level or better, anything could happen in this one.

Even bringing the League Two side back to Fetcham Grove would signal a major accomplishment. While the odds are against them, the magic of the cup will give them reason to dream.

Wycombe Wanderers v Leatherhead Betting

Unsurprisingly, Wycombe are the heavy favourites for Sunday’s encounter and are priced 1/7 with Unibet while Leatherhead can be backed at 14/1. If you fancy it to go to a replay, the odds are 6/1.

Both teams are stronger in attack than they are in defence. On a good day Wycombe could easily score four by themselves while it wouldn’t be overly surprising to see the visitors chip in too. We hope it’ll be exciting cup clash, and there should be goals. Back over 3.5 at odds of 23/20.

Wycombe could potentially blow the Tanners out of the water at any stage. However, it’s the tired legs late on that look most likely to cause problems for the Bostik Prem side.

Even if the Chairboys are already ahead, we can see them getting goals in the second half. And if they’re not, that need for goals should have a telling impact. The -1 second half handicap appeals.
