Boxing Day Banker Accumulator 26th December – Bluebirds Can Bully Egdy Eagles

Accumulator BankerEveryone loves an accumulator, and even more-so a Boxing Day special accumulator. As it’s a special occasion I’ll be posting my best treble as usual and then a couple more for luck if you want to try and be in the big money in time for New Year celebrations. Let’s just hope the weather holds up and we don’t get another farcical fixture list like Saturday just gone.

Put your feet up and cheer these teams on this Boxing Day:

CARDIFF v Crystal Palace 3.00pm

Until their loss just over a week ago against Peterborough, Cardiff had maintained a 100% home record at the Cardiff City Stadium, and I’m taking them to get back on track by beating top of the table rivals Crystal Palace.

Palace have really impressed so far this season after a shaky start, losing just 2 of their last 20 league games, but they are beginning to show a few signs of fatigue with 4 draws in their last 5 games.

Cardiff beat Leicester away from home at the weekend, and look the real deal this term. Today could be the day that the wheels fall off the Palace promotion push, and at just a shade of odds-on, Cardiff look a great bet.

FULHAM v Southampton 3.00pm

The Cottagers have only won 1 of their last 5 games and were soundly beaten 4-0 by Liverpool at Anfield at the weekend, but I rate them a very good bet to put one over the Saints on Boxing Day.

Martin Jol’s men are generally very tough to beat at Craven Cottage despite going down to Spurs and Sunderland there recently, but Soputhampton have lost 6 of their 7 Premier League away games so far this term (beating just a poor QPR side 3-1 in November) and shouldn’t be able to cope with Fulham here.

EVERTON v Wigan 3.00pm

Everton are relentless in their attack of teams, and I’m sure they’ll have far too much for a resilient but generally poor Wigan side.

The Toffees, despite drawing a few too many games for their liking, have lost just 2 games this season in total, but are undefeated at Goodison.

Wigan on the other hand have picked up just a solitary point in their last 5 games (2-2 home draw vs QPR) and look set to rely on another end of season miracle to avoid the drop.

Everton will be without Marouane Fellaini due to suspension, but all things said this should be a comfortable home win.

The above 3 tips placed in a £10 treble pays £52.40 at Betfred

As promised here are another 3 fancies to make a juicy looking 6 fold for Boxing Day:

  • MK DONS v Walsall
  • INVERNESS CT v St.Mirren
  • SHEFFIELD UTD v Scunthorpe
The 6 fold pays £216.90 for a £10 bet at Betfred!
