ASTON VILLA V SUNDERLAND
Both teams to score odds –  10/11 with William Hill

For Gus Poyet’s Sunderland the next few weeks will be vital in their bid for Premier League survival and they will see a trip to Villa Park as a game in which they could potentially succeed.

Following Crystal Palace’s recent improvements, the Black Cats returned to rock-bottom last weekend and will be desperate to claw their way out of the relegation zone. They have only scored 8 goals this term but, against an inexperienced Villa defence, Poyet will fancy his team’s chances on Saturday.

Like Sunderland, Villa will view this as an opportunity to claim 3 points as Paul Lambert’s side aim to continue a decent week following their Monday night fight back against rivals West Brom.

Villa are scoring and conceding at a rate of over once a game and that sequence could be set to continue on Saturday.

BLACKBURN V LEEDS UNITED
Both teams to score odds –  4/5 with William Hill

It’s the war of the roses as 6th placed Leeds travel to mid-table Blackburn in what could be one of the day’s most exciting fixtures.

These two ex-Premiership clubs will be up for this one and both sides know where the goal is. The visitors have scored in each of their last 7 matches whilst the hosts have recorded 20 in their 16 league matches so far. Similarly, both defences have leaked their fair share this term with each conceding 19 so far.

Top-scorer Jordan Rhodes already has ten goals this season and the Blackburn fans will be relieved that his ankle injury turned out to be a minor knock. Meanwhile Leeds also have one of the division’s best strikers in Ross McCormack, who will aim to net his 14th of the campaign at Ewood Park.

The nature of this two sides, along with the rivalry, should provide an exciting encounter and hopefully one that’s full of goals.

DAGENHAM & REDBRIDGE V WYCOMBE WANDERERS
Both teams to score odds –  7/10 with William Hill .

In League 2, one of the better games should be the battle at Victoria Road between the Daggers and the Chairboys.

Wycombe sit five points below Dagenham but have played one game less and will see this as a great opportunity to reignite their hopes of at least challenging for the play-offs. With 44 goals shared equally at either end of the pitch, Gareth Ainsworth’s side have definitely provided fans with a lot of action in their 17 games so far.

However, the Daggers matches have been even more action packed with the Essex boys scoring 26 and conceding 23. A win could see 9th placed Dagenham jump into the play-off spots and Wayne Burnett will definitely be instructing his men to go for the win.

In 8 home matches this season, Dagenham have scored on every occasion. They’ll be confident of making that 9 here.

A £10 treble with William Hill returns £58.41. Good luck if you follow.
